The Rapallo Theatre will show films to serve as the
community's favorite "art house" theatre. The sound, room acoustics and image quality will meet the
highest standards. This technology will allow us to feature both contemporary and historical works with
both international and national film including timeless classic presented at annual festivals, a series
or “one night only” events such as: The Met Goes to the Movies “Live in HD” - the excitement and grandeur of the Metropolitan, right here where we live. Global Lens 2007 Film Festival: - Since 2002 engaging audiences in a dialogue about our shared experiences as human beings in a rapidly changing world. |

The Art District outdoor stage and themed festivals will provide endless
opportunities for collaboration. Two excellent models of this are the Entertainment Pavilion in Delray Beach, FL and the Palace Theatre in Grapevine, Texas offering these events: |
Kid’s Day at the Tree - A day of activities, food and entertainment for the entire family.
