Strada Nuova
With
Live/Work Studios and
Luxury Park Lofts on the Southside and Courtyard Villas on the North, the Strada Nuova forms the grand
Boulevard of Art leading to the Piazza Centro
and The Rapallo Theatre. A long
watercourse of sculptures and fountains highlight the cobblestone boulevard of lush landscaping.
It was inspired by the original Strada Nuova in Genova, Italy with its beautiful row of
Renaissance Palazzos. This street of art is a tribute to the Doria, Spinola and
Ducale families and the many other
Genovese benefactors of the arts.
