A vital element of any urban village is its public spaces and parks where residents and visitors can relax, recharge and interact. The Art District at Rapallo ^TM has many such cerebral spaces. Parco Balbi, the main street Park, with its pond, rockscapes, trellises, kiosks, and gazebo for impromptu performances lies along Via Teatro next to the Live/Work Studios, Park Lofts, the Terrace Homes and the
shops and restaurants.

Other neighborhood parks feature dramatic sculptures, romantic fountains or little corners  with pergolas and walkways for artistic expression (below). These quiet, passive parks offer lenty of shade and a wonderful resting place after shopping, dining or The Theatre.
